Currently, we are only accepting UPI as a mode of payment. We are working on adding more payment options and will add soon.
In order to claim the warranty, you will need to provide an unboxing video in which it should be clear that the packaging of the product sent is intact and is being opened for the first time. Only manufacturing defects are covered; no accidental damage or liquid damage is included. You will have to ship the product back to the address we provide, and the product should have no cosmetic or other damage, which includes but is not limited to scratches, wire breaks, broken cases, damaged accessories, damaged box, etc. Items, including the box, should be in good condition and be sent back.
Usually, we are able to deliver within a week. However, some orders, due to unforseen circumstances, may take up to 10–14 days as well.
