What’s Covered

  Our warranty covers issues that arise from manufacturing defects. Physical damage, mishandling, or wear-and-tear will not be eligible.

Claim Requirements

To be eligible for a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:

1. Unboxing Video
   
   A clear unboxing video without any edits or cuts is mandatory. This video acts as proof of the condition in which you received the product.

2. Unopened Package
   
   The product package should not be already opened before recording the unboxing video.

3. Evidence of Damage
   
   Any damage or issue reported without an unboxing video will not be considered for warranty support.

Warranty Duration and Charges

• Every product comes with a 1-month free warranty.

• You can extend the warranty by 1 additional month for ₹999.

Warranty Benefits

If your claim is approved under the warranty:

• We will cover shipping and courier charges up to ₹200.

• Your product will be repaired or replaced free of cost.

Order Cancellation

• Eligibility: Cancellations are available under specific and exceptional circumstances. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible.

• Cancellation Process: Once we receive your request, our team will verify if your order status permits cancellation. If eligible, we will process a cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Return & Refund

• No Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a no-return policy on all sales. Once an order is completed, it is considered final, and we are unable to accept returns for refund or exchange.
